hmm well it's in open G tuning. the first part has a flat 2 and a flat 5 played over G. then second bit is just barring all the strings on the 6th, 9th and 3rd frets. It's pretty simple with the left hand honestly, i don't really know how to explain the left hand technique. It's like alternating thumb with fingers in between.
