Because you realise no women want anything to do with you purely based on the fact you don't have money and then you realize true love doesn't actually exist, because if it did then money wouldn't be an issue.

Also, hate is the wrong word, it's more so that we just stop caring about them because we realise what's going on.

Besides like others have stated.
If you don't have looks, you need money.
If you need money, then they aren't interested in you as a human being.
If the only reason they spend time with you is in exchange for money (food, jewelry, clothes, outings) you might as well cut to the chase and just hire a 'professional'
