I recently had to move out (wasn't even kicked out) because I was starting to lose my mind with my father. If I didn't leave soon I would have hurt him badly. Sometimes the best way (if possible) is just to move on and cut contact.
He was a covert narcissist (for those who know what I'm talking about) so it was even more maddening. The thing is he kinda blew his cover when he got drunk.
