depends on the level of normie. I used to get dragged out to the pub by friends about 6-7 years ago, though I hated it. The normie lifestyle I've since attempted was simply general socialising, going to events, hanging out and drinking with small groups of friends etc.
Don't know what I'd change. I've learnt a lot since then so I've got that going for me I suppose.

Got new job that pays exceptionally well, moved into newer house, changed wardrobe a bit, focused on groomed appearance, have nice car. Im 23 and live in Canada on th West Coast. I've been in the same boat, especially as of late. Gotten alot of social interactions and interacting with new people has never been an issue. The normie life is comfortable but it feels stupid as fuck at the same time. If you are getting dates and second dates you will eventually be OK, just put more effort into getting more first dates and meetings, better to go on 2 dates a month than 2-4 per year
