I'm avery femenine already, even though I'm a boy, it's not hard for me to pass as a girl. My question is, how can I mantain the femininity and improve it without actually transitioning? What you are looking for is an AA - anti androgen or Tblocker
Testosterone is the thing making you more masculine
HRT generally also includes estrogen, which is the "make you a girl" part of HRT which could give you tits and make your body fat proportions more girly

You should look into finasteride
It's a NSAID, non steroidal anti androgen. It's sometimes used to treat hair loss in men, you will still look like a guy
but, ever so slightly, you will be more feminine

I've never understood why someone would want to transition. I support your right to do what you want with your body, but to me the process is nowhere near good enough to even consider.

It would be one thing if you could actually become a fully functional member of the opposite sex, but that's not what we're talking about.
