Here's the issue, you may believe you are a female but currently the only proof there is to this whole meme is that some parts of your brain resemble that of a female. Until there's definite confirmation that you are in fact a female - the subject is still up to discussion. Therefore, morally speaking you shouldn't withhold your gender from the other person just because you believe in it. It's like hiding the fact you're allergic to penicillin from a doctor just because you believe you're not.
