Had my first psychologist session today, it was a lot better than you guys said it would be.
First time I've ever spoken to a person outside my family in 15+ years, told her everything, she understood everything I said, told me she can already tell by what we talked about in the first session that I'm an extreme case.

I kept telling myself life would change, that I would stop being autistic by age 20, then 25, then about to hit 30 and still the same, so I thought it was time to seek help and find out what's wrong with me instead of continuing to suffer by myself.
