- I'm going to school to be a software engineer. I hate it and want nothing to do with working with computers for a living. She wants me to do it, so I'm doing it.
- I'm not allowed to not be a Christian. It is mandatory that I write songs about God and sing them in church every Sunday. I don't want to be a Christian anymore. I tried telling her that once as a teenager but it didn't work out very well at all and I do not want to have to go through that again.
- She basically controls every other aspect of my life, from who I am allowed to be friends with to what career choices I make, my political opinions and my religion. I have no freedom and I hate it.
