>endorphins help against depression
>increases confidence
>increase chances of tfw gf
But /fit/ is filled with people with no gf's.

It can relieve some symptoms of roboticism, but imo doesn't help the root causes.

>doc tells me to stick to bodyweights because this shit's been common in my family
I'm genetically not inclined to lift. Adding onto that I eat 3k calories a day and barely maintain 125 lbs (5'9"), and when I slack off on eating I can drop down to 110 lbs within a month. I really can't do more than be lean.

How do you even learn what to do? I've been going to the gym for the past 2 months just doing the same shit every day changing muscle focus everyday, I see changes but this is like the most boring thing ever tbqh

Listen to podcasts/audiobooks while working out idk. It's not like you'd do something productive with that time anyway.
