Well you can try to simply go out and pretend to be happy.
Maybe you're actually pretty handsome and have an ok personality outside your own mind. Maybe normies will like you. But even then it might not work.
At the worst, if that fails you'll just relapse back and feel even worse

I like to tell lies to myself that my depression is a 2man job, maybe it is, maybe I just don't want to be cured anymore because the process is more painful than whatever the mess I am right now
