At this point when it comes to internet memes we are at "ironic" memes and "post-ironic" memes.
And it is not even a new thing nowadays, even the most normie sites tend to post ironic memes.
But what comes after it? I do not think we will go back to an internet meme culture of the early 2000s or something.
What do you think will the post-meme culture be like?

have you never heard of /s4s/? The rest of the internet is lagging behind 1 or 2 years.

Its just the same but a little bit more autistic, I dont see a lot of difference between /s4s/ and other 4chan stuff.
Everything anyone says will be taken at face value and all creative potential of the human race will go down the toilet.

Looks like someone just graduated from ironic meme pages off of Fagbook.
My opinion is this:
I don't think anything will change until trans-humanism finally takes full swing.

I dont think the future lies in memes like that though.
