Perhaps go to some kind of public place and just listen to the conversations and understand the little things that I guess you would pick up through having a good understanding of socialising. If you can do that then maybe try to apply your own thoughts and opinions into their contexts and how you would respond to what the conversation pertains to. That way you could get some simulated experience.

I am sort of in your boat, but I have had a lot of experience with socialising and can put it into practice as well pick up the nuances and reasons behind their words and tones, which sickens me honestly, but it does not stop me from talking normally when I can.
