If you have money, and want to go balls deep, look into peptide nootropics.

Search up Semax and Cerebrolysin. Both are used to treat stroke victims, can regenerate brain cells in the prefrontal cortex, and are fairly expensive. The elevated levels of BDNF will increase your risk for brain cancer, so you need to live cleanly to reduce your risk.

Aerobic exercise boosts BDNF and reduces brain inflammation.

Increase your intake of antioxidants.

Take a proper fish oil supplement to build up your brain once you've established a healthy lifestyle. If you do so before, you may increase your inflammation due to peroxidation. Basically, if there is too much oxidative stress, free radicals will degrade the fish oil and it will produce greater levels of brain inflammation.

There really isn't any silver bullet, but a lot of little things you need to do. You can become smarter, but it will only be by a slight margin.
