I will however admit that it is left wing for the most part, in its mainstream subreddits... most of the time.

subreddits like r/atheism and r/worldnews and even seemingly benign ones like r/internetiscool or whatever it's called can take a very very sharp right turn in the blink of an eye. If there's one terrorist attack or one black lives matter protest - it's indistingushable from /pol/


and when you look at specific subreddits, it's often worse than anything here. There's a subreddit entirely dedicated to videos of women getting punched in the face, there used to be a subreddit all about dead black people and there probably still is just under a different name, etc.

There is an entire Women Hate board on 4chan. There is on reddit.
