I found a nice psychology article I am trying to find again but can't.

I no longer have these ambitions of power and consider reading the "48 laws of power" book a mistake.

One of the things I think about most is how I'd be a benevolent dictator. i used to fantasize about subjugating every group I dislike, and essentially being a fascist, but as I've gotten older I only want to lead so i can make my country's people happier and wealthier.
