I got a job in fast food when I was 17. I only lasted 3 weeks because the anxiety was really getting to me.

I'm thinking about starting to go to the gym and working out to get that anxiety under control because it is honestly pretty pathetic that my reason for not working is that I'm a sensitive nervous wreck

I feel exactly the same. Especially now that I'm starting to see people I grew up with finishing university and getting 'real' jobs while I'm such a fucking wreck I can't muster up the courage to apply to a supermarket.
