Do this if your major has any market value.

Depends on what field you want to go into. If it's anything besides medicine or law, don't waste your precious time or money. Go to a trade school, learn to become an electrician, welder, telecom engineer, or anything else and make your 80K a year.

If you go to university for history or some shit like that, you might as well burn your money along with any hopes of finding a real job.

How soon are you planning to go to university? If you haven't decided what you want to do, don't go.

Plus, there are cheaper ways to become educated. Got a library near you? A bookstore? Ability to use the internet? Then you can learn just as much as you would shelling out 15K a year.
