For a male to find a female partner, he has to basically either meet her in a social setting DESIGNED for 'random meetups', like a concert, club, or chatrooms, etc. These will work for Chad, and occasionally for normies. Or else he has to find a way to take part in some sort of social activity where he can be "vetted" to some degree, where his 'social access' can be at least basically established. Males are by default always on the outside of society and have to work to gain any access. The problem for you is that if you're a guy with any degree of social anxiety, you're going to have to endure that "vetting" process which you'll likely find very trying. Even if you enroll in a university or some sort of course, you'll be placed in a situation where most of the time women won't approach you, and you'll have to make all the effort to first establish yourself within the social group, and THEN pursue a woman in a context where she'll always have the upper hand and where a single rejection can make the social group hostile towards you.

Did that. I think I made friends at work but no the type that would invite me anywhere really. They don't seem to hang out together either really. As for uni - except for some few friends I have there already it's burned. People had me for an autist from day 1 for some reason...
