And even though I make quite a bit of money for someone living in a town where the average rent is 400 bucks per month, my taxes are quite low. I just buy property and rent it out, giving a discount for cash rent payments. I wind up owing about 100 dollars per year while paying in a mere 149 dollars every 2 weeks (that's including FICA, Medicare, and State tax, alongside Federal).
