This. I guess it was useful when it came out, and may still be to uber-normies. It's trying to sell you on a belief that most people on here already hold which basically to stop pedestalizing women and assert oneself.
Aditionally, it is ultimately far too tame and blue pilled to be truly groundbreaking. I doubt it's of any use to most people on here.
