I'm gonna have to agree with the others here. You need to eat something. Pretty much anything will do. Believe me you don't want to try and end it with a knife or rope, if you don't do it right or get discovered you could wind up maimed in someway and you'll be put on 24 hours watch to make sure you don't try to hurt yourself again. I'm gonna try and give some normie advice here, but maybe try and incorporate some light exercise (push ups, sit ups, run in place) for 20 minutes of your day, just to get yourself moving a little bit.
