As you get older it becomes harder to stay fit while finding good work balance. It's easier to stay fit in highschool when all you have to worry about is school and a part time job. When you start living on your own you hardly have the time and energy to exercise and eat healthy.

Part of it is hormones; girls go through puberty in their teens, then a similar process in their 20's. Ever notice that one girl after high school got gigantic boobs and a phat ass but she's not even chubby yet? Yeah, thats hormones.

Subsequently, sometimes these hormones simply cause weight gain; its not always beer and partying in college. I'm also not absolving them from simply becoming a little more sedentary in their jobs, or complacent with their man, but its part of the equation.

Also, some women feel, and sometimes are loved enough that their body shape or size doesn't matter as much and they indulge more than they should and they're still wanted and loved by someone.
