I've lost almost 15 lbs just by walking 15 minutes 5 days a week. It's only a drop in the bucket as far as getting down to my goal weight, but at least it's some progress. And as a plus my boobs look bigger than they did before. Losing weight isn't hard, it's work, but it's really not that hard.
