How severe is your agoraphobia?
I stopped leaving the house for several months at a time at 14, at 16 I stopped leaving except for therapy visits, at 18 I stopped leaving the house completely and I'm 21 now.
I forget how to talk in certain situations and just stand there like an idiot
Anytime I drive somewhere other than a backroad, I start sweating profusely, no matter how diligently I've smothered myself with anti-perspirant
After interacting with some people, I start shaking involuntarily. It happened when I drove across the state with an old friend and it happened the first time I bought a pack of cigarettes
i put too much work into hygiene if I know I'm going out because of being neet for a long time but that's it.
its okay i guess i'm working on it usually on the weekend if its sunny i like to go outside and play soccer by myself. Also sometimes I go to my local store to get some food so right now its going ok.
I don't have it but my mother does. She has not left the house in 7 years now.. why is this?

I never leave my room for anything but food and the bathroom. I lost my personality and can only express myself in text on the internet
