you know the one thing that really helped me is Proactive sulphur treatment. try any sulphur based cream. really helps even out the skin town and draw out red pustules

This is bad advice. A lot of hygiene products only make acne so much worse. In fact, when I was in high school I had acne that was so bad I looked like I was exposed to nuclear radiation. I learned about the "caveman" approach which is basically when you refrain from putting any products on your face but instead just scrub your face with a wet cloth soaked only in water and my skin cleared up almost immediately.

Long story short, in some cases acne seems to be caused by eating too frequently, probably because of insulin, and fasting seems to cure it. I did it by eating during a 4h window every day, but I'm sure it could be accomplished much faster by spending several days in a row fasting, which, by the way, is completely safe.

Since my acne is already fixed, I can't test the theory myself, so I would like someone to do it and report changes to me.

I went on accutane when I was a teenager. I honestly don't really remember it, but it only reduced my acne - I still don't have clear skin and it's been probably 10 years.
