I'm not quite that bad. I can't use urinals but if I go into a stall I'm OK.

It's even extremely difficult to go in a private bathroom if people are outside or there's any pressure

Depends if I have to go really bad, I'm okay but otherwise it can be hard if its super busy.

Pooping is same, unless I really gotta go...fuck dat. I never pooped in school for a reason.

Pissing is fine, preferably with a one urinal buffer zone. Pooping, on the other hand, is strictly in case of emergency only. Public toilets are disgusting, I don't care what kind of prevention techniques you employ.

I can go if there's a stall open since I can always close myself in. I rarely poop but if I do sometimes I hover over the bowl if I really don't want to touch the seat.

Just focus on pissing, and ignore all surrounding. The one stall buffer is always a good thing, but if you can't just stare directly down, and don't move your head, at all.

I've had this problem since I was 15. It comes on and off throughout the last 5 years. I even got it checked then and the doctor said it's just anxiety.

This problem came back recently and the way I piss is I check if anyone is there.

That should buy enough time for them to leave. If it's multiple opponents (normies)

I can't pee with anxiety either. It's all in the muscles. You have to relax them.

I never shit or use urinals when somebody else is in the room. When I was in high school, I wouldn't drop a deuce until I got home.
