Try learning something maybe. That's what I do, since there's a lot to delve into and get excited about once you pick something to learn. Even if it doesn't excite you, it will at least distract you and you'll feel good about having made progress on something.

A few examples are a language, the instrument of your choice, a small business, a period of history (read a bunch of books about it and them visit a museum with relics from that era), or something simple like kite-flying or fishing.

I woke up at 7:10AM this morning, it's still the morning and I feel really refreshed. It feels way better than getting up at 1:30PM

Looking forward to today, it's time to start the healthy NEET life complete with a banana and a bowl of shredded wheat for breakfast. I might even find a gym membership today, been meaning to do that for a while now.

Start going to the gym and reading atleast an hour a day. Eventually pick up a new language. Really strong neurological benefits.
