It's an order of magnitude worse in the industry. Anyone who has money or loans can get into a uni, companies have a hiring process. Like everything else, the hiring process openly discriminates against robots.

Only reason robots were begrudgingly tolerated up until now, was there was a lack of socially competent candidates. Word has gotten out that all the money is in computers, and the economy is shit. So normies are trying their hand at displacing us. Socially competent people with some skill will be chosen over more skilled autists every time.

Even robots discriminate against robots when hiring. Because they get into arguments over some pedantic nuance of some esoteric language, and end up rubbing each other the wrong way. Chad knows when to be a yesman.
