Here's how I cut down my porn consumption, which at the time was having 15 xvideos tabs open at the same time:

>fap to pics of naked women to get off a bit and then move on to Facebook pics

Now I watch a few videos on /gif/ and then move on to instagram/facebook. I don't masturbate that often, though, because I'm seldom home alone.

Nofap and other anti-porn "challenges" (can't find a better word to describe it) are faulty. You don't stop watching porn just by willpower alone. You need to go out more and spend alone time in your home less in order to actually stop fapping. You can even keep your porn collection by doing so, because you won't have the time and energy.
So basically deleting porn or just saying "I won't fap" will never work. But instead if you start going outside, you will eventually stop fapping because you won't have the energy/time to do it.

The lesson to learn here is that never delete your porn archive. It will only hurt you and achieve literally nothing. Try something else.
