You could lose weight just eating tendies all day if you wanted to but that's not a good Idea if you want to look good. Eat lean protein with every meal (protein makes you feel full fast), eat complex carb sources like potato, sweet potato and brown rice and eat loads of fruit before every meal. To find out how many calories you need to eat to be in a deficit there are loads of websites for which you can just input your daily exercise and it will work how many calories you burn. Once you have dropped weight keep your calories in equal to your calories burned in a day to keep your weight constant. Consider lifting weights to tone your body - skinny but flubby isn't a very desirable look (lifting will not make you look like a body builder btw). Easy.
