Vyvanse was my wake call to possibly consider getting on daily meds. Felt way more functional and less easily obsessed and less grindy than addy. Question: does vyvanse get rid of psychological food cravings? I know that it can reduce physical appetite, but will it help me to not think about food so much? I tend to eat even when I'm not physically hungry, that's why I ask. I'm a comulsive eater and I am starting to get fat, so I want to try vyvanse. Also, are any of you naturally anxious? this is good advice. don't take them everyday, you will no longer eat or sleep and tolerance does go up fast. I now try to take them only a couple times a week as a treat/if I really need them. much much more enjoyable that way

The biggest concerns I have with adderall though are the heart damage, and the damage to your dopamine reward system. Won't I die earlier from heart disease if I do speed too often? And won't I turn into an unmotivated zombie when I go off adderall after fairly regular use? I've used it a few times this year, never more than once a week, but I always feel like it's too good of a good thing and it's gonna come back to haunt me in the long term, somehow.

When you're coming down (about 12 hours after taking it) smoke some weed if thats your thing. Really good on the end of an addy roll.
