Persona game series. It also can imitate friendship and familial love. Truly a wonderful series.

This. You get to choose your girl according to your actions. Made me feel my chest/throat tight in some scenes.I cried like a little bitch after clearing ONE route, when I realized Rin wasn't real.
Ore Monogatari
it's so vanilla it hurts
Yandere simulator or umineko no naku koro ni.
Yandere-chan has deep devotion for senpai and goes to any level to have senpai and one day love him, he is what matters most to her. In a beautiful yet twisted way.
Umineko taught me that without love, the truth cannot be seen. Love isn't always in the romantic sense but how to truly understand and empathize with others.
I would say that Artificial academy 2 did teach me that there is consequences to having any kind of relationship and it can end in bloodshed
Slav simulator

Wolf Children
I'm not sure if it entirely simulates love, but it sure does simulate having a family. It has great artstyle, the music is good, and the love and care of the MC to her children is probably the first thing in a while that has made me cry. The ending is probably the thing that made me feel the loneliest in an anime.
The Before trilogy (starting with Before Sunrise) are really good 3dpd love/romance films
