However, it's obvious you have a misguided view on women. Sure, women want attractive guys. But on the flip side, guys want attractive women. Intelligence is not one of the essential virtues.

In my experience, ISTPs are the most introverted, with INTPs being a close second. The other introverts, even INTJs, are a lot more socially oriented even if it's just out of a need to know their social standing. INTPs seem more inclined to want to be able to bounce things off people and observe them, but ISTPs seem much more self-sufficient and don't seem as prone to even noticing when they're alone.

That's actually how it starts

You catch up on all the sleep at once after you go to sleep at a time strategically set to wake you up at an acceptable hour of the day tomorrow. For example, you stay up past 24 hours until you can crash at 4:00pm or so, which would then wake you up at 6:00am, and by the end of the day you'll be tired enough to go sleep at 8:00pm, and bam, you have a normal sleep schedule.

The movie is "The History Boys" (2006). This group of high school boys in '80s England just passed their A-levels and have a real shot at getting into Oxford. So the school hires this smartass ENTP contract teacher to help prepare them for the History essay entrance exam.

One of the boys is a smooth, charismatic, also ENTP who gets caught up in the teacher's brashness and challenging perspective and begins longing for his approval. The learning was homoerotic, though the boy is pretty much straight.

The student ends up greatly impressing the teacher and manages to convince/playfully bully the teacher into "going for a drink" with him and sucking him off afterward, despite the teacher's initial hesitation.

It's one of my favorite movies of all time. This is a sub-plot and not what the movie is about.

Hey there. Naps are pretty risky, but can help fix a sleeping pattern if done right. More often than not I just end up sleeping between 6-8 hours and waking up at like 4pm. But if you can get an hour or so and stay up to a regular time, you might be alright. I'd be tired the rest of the way though, but not enough to pass out anymore.

That's how I usually get stuck in my pattern, stay up too long, sleep too long, then it stabilises in a nocturnal cycle. I usually get tired during the day if I'm sedentary for majority of it.
Do you have caffeine? Maybe less if you do, or a little bit when you're in a normal schedule. Also try walking around if you can, around a park or the streets. Might not work but I'm trying these out myself right now to see if they do.
