What's it like to be autistic?
If you aren't autistic you shouldn't be here
im not autistic just dumb
borderline autist here
it's not half bad, I dont have to worry about my social life or fashion since I give zero fucks about it

I don't know, but i wish that I did. I wish that i were severely autistic so that I wouldn't have to worry about all of this. I could eat, shit, sleep, and do whatever else autists do. I wouldn't care about getting fat, going bald, or being ugly. I could just drink apple juice and play with action figures without having to speak to anyone
It's probably a sweet deal if you're ass deep in the tism, but if you're just self-aware enough to know how shit you are and give a fuck about it, then it's mostly a matter of trying and failing to pass as a normie

Is there some link between apple juice and autism? I've drunk tons of apple juice every day for as long as I can remember. I'm drinking it right now actually.

Autism is a gift and society is jealous of us. Thats why they created a negative connotation for it.

I have no idea. The only reason I brought it up was because it's a tasty drink, one which I can imagine my theoretical autistic self enjoying often. I hope that you are enjoying yours anon

You know how I'd explain it? Like being in a foreign country.
You can spend years there learning the language and studying the people, but the culture will never really be intuitive.
You'll always feel like an outsider, it'll always be an effort to communicate and social ques will always be going over your head.
it's like posting images of cartoon frogs on the /r9k/ board of 4chan.org on a regular basis

this. except everywhere is foreign and you have no place you call home where you feel comfy and can fit it
It's really fun you should try it!
Imagine trying to eat toast but you keep either putting in more than you can fit in your mouth, somehow missing the toast trying to bite it, or accidentally shooting a child in the head

I've never really thought about it, but I wonder if it has anything to do with hypersensitivity. I could never stand drinking carbonated drinks or orange juice because they tasted too strongly. Up until my late teens I even diluted my apple juice to make the flavor just the right level of weak.
I don't know if this is me being autistic or just me being weird, but you mentioning apple juice in an autism thread made me wonder about it.

i have autism and i love any juice but my favorite is orange or apple, so maybe it has to do with the vitamin C
