I almost never apply for jobs that don't disclose the salary or use vague terms like "competitive wages/benefits."
My time is too valuable to go through the application/interview process to find out they can't beat out my current salary.
The only way I'd apply to a job that doesn't disclose salary is if they offer something that I'd be willing to take a pay cut for. Things like ability to work from home some days (something my company doesn't offer), cutting my commute in half (or more) or other shit like that.

No joke thats how you hire mexicans for cheap labor.
So you say you want $7.50 an hour and full time with a hope of benefits? Well paco here says he'll work any hours i give him for a flat $40 and a free meal AND he's got 3 years dishwashing experience at the local -insert restaurant-

I'm a communication and multimedia designer without enough experience to get hired so I just started my own design company. Also am a part time gamedev which is unpaid however until the first product is done and on the market.
