Anime is for manchildren, manga is for normal people. It has better art, pacing and doesn't have to deal with shit animeonly endings and terrible OSTs. There's also way more variety in manga.

No, anime are usually only made as an advert to make people buy the manga of whatever is being adapted, so it tends to get made while the manga is being published to generate more interest for it, although the manga has to be relatively popular in the first place to get an anime. It's still pretty rare for a completed manga to get an anime release but it does happen sometimes.

Pic related as one example. 3rd biggest manga in the the biggest weekly manga magazine during it's Golden period and it never got an anime.

I don't really like a lot of anime OSTs but when it's good it can be great. The last OST I really liked was Space Dandy's but that's almost cheating since Space Dandy isn't like a normal anime and is way better than most shit from the last couple of decades.

Decent voice acting can also salvage a shit adaptation of a manga sometimes as well. It's like how the first two parts of JJBA were made with no money and had totally shit tier animation but made up for it by having godlyd direction and voice acting.

Fist of the North Star still has the best voice acting overall in any anime, even the minor/one off characters are amazing.

I cant sit down for 20 minutes just to watch something, its so boring. and even if I could why would a take a filler based show with artwork that can't be compared to stills over the raw story with amazing artwork that I can stop to admire if I want

Hmm, I'm a very daydreamy person, I can't get to sleep unless I'm playing out a fantasy in my mind, I'm prone to drifting off, I write for a hobby and I enjoy pure literary fiction, but for some reason I just can't into manga. Maybe I should give it another (third) shot.
