I can see value in both lifestyles. I loved being a NEET, but I don't hate being a member of the workforce. Things aren't so cut and dry as those highly biased descriptions indicate.

Go out into the wilderness, or pool resources and buy a plot of land, and farm for sustenance. It's not THAT difficult if you learn how, you can be self reliant, AND there's never any danger of getting thrown out or being shamed. Plus, you'll hang out with chill dumbasses who join you, so you get to make friends.

Working is only as bad as you perceive it too be. NEETs being used to only doing what they feel comfortable, find it be the worst thing on earth. People who are used to work doesn't like it, but can do it without much struggle.
