How do I suppress Effexor withdrawal?

Shit man. I've been wondering the same thing. Been on 225mg for a few years now. But I'm also on zyprexa.
I hate how much weight I've gained and continue to gain on this drug. If you do have a solution I'd love to hear it.

No idea man, I've been on 150 mg for 2 years now but I just don't want to take this poison anymore. I stopped taking it two days ago but hot flashes, brain zaps, nausea is killing me. People say vitamin C and omega 3 pills help but I don't know.

I've tried going off everything I take cold turkey all at once. This includes wellbutrin and zyprexa as well. I made it two days. It redefined nightmare for me. I felt things so awful that I didn't know were humanly possible.
Maybe you should talk to your doctor about going on a taper regiment.

Read some stuff about Effexor/Prozac bridge maybe you should look that up, I'm in a different city for a month so I have to find another doctor meanwhile for that.
