There are lots of books on CIA's MKUltra program. They range from plausible/written by legitimate authors with good source material, to full on batshit conspiracy stuff. The fun with that topic is that MKUltra did exist, it's up to you to sort out what part of it is fact and what is fiction from the various books available.
