No. The chance to be born a Chad was 0% for me. Genetics doesn't work that way. Going by my how sister looks I'd say being a female wouldn't have been so bad but still pretty bad.

Humans aren't the end all, be all species of this universe. If you want to posit that then I can posit that, in fact, bullet ants are "the" species of the universe. They have souls, have an afterlife, God is exclusive to them, you can be born as one etc.

I have no idea when anthropocentrism took such a strong hold in society but it produces some really strange beliefs and views bordering on schizophrenia (e.g. the Abrahamic religions).
