Why do Black people have a clear culture?

Black people lack depth. I don't think they are malicious or particularily mean, but they are just so simple. Their smaller intelligence is painfully apparent to someone of a higher intelligence.

You do realize the events of the past shape the present, right? Black communities didn't just spontaneously become what they are, it happened as a result of racist laws and events that were continuously enacted 50 years ago (or even less, in some cases).

From my experience, certain black people who are selective with their groups, and revolve only around other blacks are typically racist, uneducated, violent, assholes.
