current weight - 270 lbs
goal weight - around 190-200 lbs becausei'm 6'4 and dont want to be too skinny
However i do absolutely nothing. Still there no girls who like chubs.
>not even 12AM
>already ate 5000 calories
this is fucking bullshit. why the fuck does this happen to me?
>>36571934

Honestly I think I'll be done by early-mid October the latest. I've only been doing this for a month and I'm kinda half assing it.
Granted, I've managed to drop from 230 to 160 in a matter of 7 months in the past. I did a very dirty bulk for the past 3 years so I'm hoping 190 will be lean for me.
This is now a skelly thread I'm so jealous of you fat fucks.
>>36571993
I'm 6'4'' as well,
190-200 would be super skinny! Aim for 210-220 if you want to have some muscles and not look like a stickman.
currently 111kg goal is 90kg started today and failed around 17:00
>>36572244
Why would you be jealous of fat people?
Makes no sense to me, and I'm a skelly
>>36572323
>muscle
Fat, anon. That's fat. You don't lose muscle when you lose weight unless you're retarded and starve yourself.
>>36572323
>Aim for 210-220 if you want to have some muscles and not look like a stickman.
Too bad gym is way too costly for me. Ideally i'd like to look something like that.
>>36571934
5'10, 135 goal 150. Tryna gain just a bit muscle, going pretty ok
>>36571934
current h/w: 5 ft 11 and 175 lbs
goal: 160 or below lbs
>tfw fat fuck
I dont even have the foresight to properly count my fucking calories. how the hell does someone adjust calories for cooked food vs raw ingredients?
>went from 80kg to 62
>now cant gain weight to build some muscles
i just dont even want to fucking eat and burn through calories too fast
Started at 180, now I'm at 150. Goal is 130.
>>36572244
>tfw you finally went from 130 to 180 after years of undedicated gaining
Feels good. I love being soft and chubby
Started at 260 last september, was down to like 240 then back to 250 at the start of the year, currently 225 6'3" 25%bf.
My goal was 230 as that was my lightest recorded weight entering college, from my peak of 275 in HS (weight loss was inspired from trying to be good at rowing, power to weight ratio is everything). After that I gained about 10 pounds a year back to 270. For now I'm probably going to go to 210 and sit for a while. Also I did pic and highly recommend.

Also, how do I motivate myself to eat? I get really hungry but then I see my fat gut and dont want to eat.

If you are male, you are fuked. 60 kg is skeleton tier.
5'4 from 193lbs to 168lbs in one year. It's still not ideal but I've never been under 140 since adult. Have a lot of leftover muscles from being a gymnast

You actually can lose a lot of muscle if you have a low protein diet and don't excercise at all. /fit/ has always highly recommended lifting and high protein diet (even more than usuall) during a cut with the intent to hang on to as much muscle as possible.
>>36572478
and at 6'4'' 190lbs you wouldn't have much of either. Obviously when cutting you still eat lots of protein and watch your macros closely.
>>36571934
how do I get clothes that fit me?
I'm so fat I can't even find clothes that fit and therefore I can't go to the gym.
>>36572820
Much easier to lose muscle than fat. Gotta be careful when on a cut.
>>36572830
You can't find sweets or gym shorts that fit you?
Even people on my 600lb life have clothes on. Stop being lazy, using lame excuses, and go to the gym!
>>36572450
I would rather be fat and then be a skelly I can't remember the last time iv wore a short sleeve shirt I'm embarrassed about my arms.

It was going fine until I hit the 64, then I struggled to reach 61, and now really can't seem to go under 60 but just fluctuate around 61
But I'm not excercising anymore because have no time, in August I will resume and see if I manage to reach the 55, but I don't feel that bad right nowToo bad I waited too much and now I'm too old to pull it off, but man if only I was 4 years younger I'd try some girl clothes on,
this is a regret I will have for life

Protein is harder to break down than fat and glucose. The body avoids breaking proteins down for fuel because it can't differentiate between protein that you eat and the protein that makes up your organs. Meaning your body would basically start eating itself. Muscle loss is the least of your worries familia.
Truth is, if you eat excess protein, it just gets converted to fatty acids for usage as fuel at a later time. /Fit/ is a little whacko about losing gains. The body only starts breaking down proteins for fuel when you no longer have glycogen or fat stores. Yes, your muscles atroph if you don't use them at all, but they come back when you start working out again.
>>36572761
72-80 would be ideal as end result due to having medium tier muscles, at least that's where im aiming at since im naturally a big guy with good body structure
my starting point is 115 tho
>>36571934
180 lbs to 170 lbs in two months simply by going vegetarian and eating less in the evening, I don't understand what is so hard about it.
>>36573290
I lost 20lb in a month on Atkins
>>36573290
10lbs in two months isn't extraordinary bruv.
You fluctuate up to 5lbs daily.
>>36573290
all the vegetarians i know are fat since pasta bread and coke is vegetarian, also fried veg burgers, most unhealthy food is vegan
so eating meat really isn't the problem and fills you up

If you're gaining weight from drinking how much sugar is whatever you're sipping? That could be the reason why you're gaining weight.
Your dad seems to be the paper weight of your emotional stability ngl

Starting weight-107 lbs
Current weight- 109 lbs
Goal weight- 85 lbs
I'm stuck on 180lbs for 2 months now. My goal is around 160 (rather reasonable for a 6'1). I'm keeping my diet in check but I just can't eat less than 1200 calories, for fuck sake. Why must I stay a fat piece of shit
Who here has loose skin? Will 20 lbs of very rapid weight loss cause you loose skin?
>>36575903
I do. I doubt it. I mean, you'd have to lose at least 40 very rapidly.
>>36571934
320, ???, 220. I began a serious diet a few days ago but I'm still trying to balance my macros out. Need a food scale pretty badly. What has been surprising for me so far is that I grew up with a completely definition of nutrition. I looked at food as sating by the amount of calories it contained and not by how nutritious it actually was. It's been pretty damn easy to cut junk food out of my diet.
>>36572244
Skelly's can be considered attractive. Fatties can not.
>>36571934
Who here /starting may 1/?
I started at 190kg
I am now 200kg
My problem has been that I keep trying tricks to keep my mind off food and it never works.
>last month
>tried to get back into weight loss
>decide to use tricks to 'confuse' myself into losing weight
>decided to 'affix' crumbs to my mouth
>figured if I felt hungry I could look in the mirror, see the crumbs and pretend I just ate
>buy a bunch of breadcrumbs
>glue them to my face with honey
>walk around all day with honey glued breadcrumbs on my face
>works at first, actually skipped 2nd and 3rd breakfasts for the first time in years
>start to feel hungry
>look in the mirror again
>accidentally lick my lips
>taste the honey
>get out of control
>go into the kitchen and eat an entire jar of honey with a spoon then an entire jar of breadcrumbs
>clean my face with a chocolate bar and eat it
I just can't do it. I've tried everything. I even tried sleeping with my spoons an forks in my ass so they'd smell like shit but this just lead to me pouring expired milk on my cereal so I smelt that instead

The ironic part is that I struggle from the same self-control issues as fat people- I can't get myself to stop eating for my stupid fucking IBS to handle the food and actually digest it so I can gain weight.
Starting: 260lbs
Current: 150 lbs
Goal: 135 lbs
These last 15 pounds have been the hardest. I've been yo-yoing between 145 and 150 for the past year.

It depends how fat you started at and the elasticity of your skin. If you have stretch marks now or started your weight loss with stretch marks then you are guaranteed to have loose skin. I lost 110 pounds and have a little around my stomach area but it isn't that noticeable unless I grab and stretch it. Plus most lose skin tightens up over time.
>starting weight: 130 pounds

Fuck lads. I'm 5'11 and I had leaned down to 130 pounds through alot of hard work; I was then planning on bulking back up with strict diet/weighjt lifting routine. However my depression has gotten a hold of me and I have been binge eating almost daily for the past month. I feel like an addict and I am scared that I will never stop. I've been lifting this whole time, but I have put on alot of fat too. I look like shit but I cannot stop. It is like I go into autopilot and I disassociate when I eat
