I don't particularly care about japan, I just like yu's circle of friends, and their conflict with adachi. I like that it's set in a small town with nothing to really do, but that doesn't mean I necessarily care that that small town is in japan.

I know that feel too well, OP. Persona is perhaps the sole reason why I'm still drawing breath to continue my pathetic existence. I've played 4 for a year, only playing one in-game day daily. I've immersed myself in it, like it's something more than just a game. I even filtered anything related to it just to maintain the illusion. At least my waifu got me motivated to run and lose weight.

I can't play 5 right now since I've dropped my autistic playthrough 3 around December and I can't immerse myself in it if I can't play it in isolation.
