If you're unironically asking, try forcing yourself to talk with family, if thats is a no go try a therapist(with intently clearly stated for social practice) or try going to church. You don't need to succeed in convorsation, just force yourself to go along with it for as long as you can. Even strangers on the internet can work if you can ignore the dickheads. Even being around people counts. It helps to think of it as practice.
