I seem to have it down. I still get lots of bad wipes but it's better than it was when I stood up and for sure smeared all the shit into my hairy ass.

I shaved my ass once for cleaner shits but then when it grew back it felt like I had sandpaper inbetween my cheeks.

Yeah, it was a terrible choice. Then when I mentioned it in another thread people said "well you have to shave it every day" but who the fuck has time - or energy - to shave their ass every day?

Now I sometimes trim it. If you trim it long enough where there is no stubble feel it helps a bit without having all the other problems. But make sure the hair is long enough so it isn't sharp.
