i am the same way, whenever i am driving somewhere i need to think through exactly what i am going to do when i get there. also if i have to talk to somebody i think about what they are most likely to say and how i am going to respond to it. If the place is different to how i expect it to be or if someone asks me something i have not prepared for i get incredibly anxious and usually end up leaving.

I think that would be pretty logical. Since you have high (?) IQ you should be more neurodiversed as you can connect things more easily.
