crying is fine, but it needs to lead you to doing something about it, taking control of your life; even if it's simple things like working out, going for walks in nature, finding a hobby

but if you just cry all the time then you probably need treatment of some kind, maybe therapy, even if it's only temporary

you could be on something or in therapy for six months or less and it could still be a major turning point for you
