Once every 2-4 days. Just got my hair shortened to almost a buzz cut, so I don't have to wash my hair every day. I also only go to class, eat, and sit in my room every day, so I don't to any strenuous activities. I only shower if I'm warm because it's too fucking hot out, or if I feel genuinely unclean.

when i start working out i will get two a day

one after i wake up at like 5am, just a water shower with no soap or anything

then ill work out for an hour or two and get a real shower to get the sweat and stink off

I live in a place with cold dry winters and hot humid summers

so lately once per week. in the summer usually once per day.

you dont need to use/ can find alternatives to shampoo, soap, deoderant, and with adequate alcohol abuse rarely have to brush, just check into it my dudes

When in my teenage years, and through my early twenties, I showered 5-6 times a week.

During my mid-late 20s, I had an extremely physical job in a plant which did not have air conditioning. When I worked, I showered almost all the time right after I got off work. Even when I was promoted, I would still usually shower in the evenings, but this is where my showering starts to taper off.

I save up money from the above job, and voluntarily go full NEET for two years. During this stretch I shower maybe once every ten days on teh outside, or once every 4-5 days. At the extremes even I can smell my own "cheese" and think yep, time to clean up, so I do so.

Now I work another physical job again, but the sweating isn't nearly as bad as the old job. So I'd guess I average 2-4 showers a week now.
