I have never had any form of cramping from hbwr, but from my experience there isn't any other side effects other than nausea if the husk not removed, and the occasional bad trip.

Tried an experimental man-made psychedelic tryptamine once a long time ago. While it did all the stuff I would expect of a psychedelic, it had an erotic edge to it like I'd never felt before. That was crazy. Wish I remembered what it was called.

Before you take acid get a tester kit off amazon so you know what you're putting into your body.

It's a long trip, don't do other drugs including weed while you feel the effects.
Don't take more than 200ug for your first time, even 90ug will make you trip.
One time it took over 2 hours to kick in for me, but usually I start feeling effects after 30-60min.

There's definitely unique moments of clarity on an acid trip that you won't get with psilocybin, for example. Ego death is extreme at doses above 300. Slight visuals become apparent even at just 50ug but 90ug is needed to see faint geometry and CEVs. After 150ug OEVs become extravagant, I usually see floral tapestry crawling across surfaces, lots of breathing and warping and a soft tinted Gaussian blur effect. Fractals are bright and sharper than on phenethylamines or shrooms.

Bought 100 mg of 4-AcO-DMT Fumarate and plan on taking 15-20mg, anything I should expect? I've only done weed and regularly use dxm doing anywhere from low 2 to high 3 plats.

Go outside, walk in nature somewhere secluded. Listen to music. Lie down somewhere comfy. Eat fruit. Draw.

No weed because it causes mad thought loops, maybe on the comedown it's acceptable but be very very very careful, it's super easy for me to go overboard and just lose my mind on weed+LSD. Really it just potentiates all the wrong parts of the trip for me personally.

I heard morning glory seeds do something similar OP. I hear theres bad side effects though.
