To be honest it is getting worse everywhere in Europe right now with the migrant crisis. (Also in Canada). If you dont hate America or Developed Asian countrys than i suggest moving into one of those. If you dont want to leave Europe, i think Hungary is pretty good right now in safety and how beautiful it is. But not really good in Economics.
